an amazing goal

Hey guys, today I'm going to tell you about a goal that I had a few weeks ago.
I started to play a game called Rocket League, it's a kind of soccer with cars, quite fun for me, since I like both things, cars and soccer.
So my brother started to play it with me, and he's been way better than me at games since we play together (or against each other).
That's why when we played, he scored so many goals against me and I had been humillated so many times for him (he won like 7-0 or something like that, shameful).
Then, I decided to train that game, so I started to play every day, so I reached bronze, then silver, then gold category.
So I challenged him to play again with me, and the match could have been won for any of us, since we had such a similar level, sadly for me, he scored the last goal in extra time, and in extra time, the first who scores wins the match, there´s no more possibilities.
I kept trying because I don´t give up that easily, so a few days ago I was reaching platinum category and I decided to challenge him one more time.
This time the match wasn´t hard at all, the first match was won by me (7-0) and the next two too (4-3 and 3-2)
So I guess I achieved my goal, being better than my brother in a game, in this case, rocket league.

an amazing future

hey fans! today I would like to tell you about an interesting topic, the future.
There are so many ways to see the future, some people think it will be better than now, others (like George Orwell in "1984") think it will be worse.
I disagree with both ways to see the future because I think goodness (and of course, evilness) doesn´t exist.
That's why I don´t like to opine so many things that include those two concepts.
Ok but it doesn´t matter. The fact is that I imagine myself as a good geographer, hopefully already ended my career (because no one knows, I could get only 1,0 since now until then in all subjects).
I think I will be somewhere in the globe, I would like to live somewhere else, it doesn´t matter where, I think the only experience of living far from home must be interesting to feel.
I actually think I will have a couple but I don´t know what will happen, hopefully not kids because they´re such a huge responsability for me to take, since I will be only 28 years old and I will probably be too childish haha.
I would like to have puppies instead, hopefully so many puppies. But it doesn´t matter if I have them then or later, because I would like to have a no stable house at that age.
I think I will achieve going to a world cup final game and also a champions league one, they are a big dream that I have and wish can do as soon as possible.
The world will look way worse because humans are terrible (I include myself). No water will be easilyt gotten anymore.

an amazing birthday

Hey fans, today I come to tell y'all about my best birthday ever (I think).
The story begins in April, I saw that there was going to be an event in Santiago for 30th time, Día del Patrimonio.
That day is actually a whole weekend when lots of cool buildings get opened for people to visit them.
And I looked on INJUV (Instituto Nacional de la Juventud) website and they were looking for volunteer for that day, sadly, they needed someone who wasn´t depending on their parents (I mean, someone who was 18 years or older).
I said, oh how sad, until I saw the date of the voluntering beginning and it was on my birthday number 18!
So I decided to apply to be a volunteer for that event and after some days, they told me I have been accepted and I was excited.
The day came and I had to go to Villa Grimaldi (a place where Pinochet's dictatorship used to torture and kill people between 1973 and 1978 more or less) and learned so much, I also met cool people on that day, a friend called Magdalena and some guys that worked for Villa Grimaldi, finally, I also got to know some people that survived to these tortures and their stories were so sad.
I got home really late but it did worth, my parents had cool food for that night, obviously to celebrate.
That's been my best birthday until now, I think.
I hope my birthday number 19 goes way better!

an amazing relative

Hey fans, how're y'all?
Today I bring an interesting topic.
I will tell you about a relative that I admire, he is called Luis and is one of my uncles.
He lives in Valparaíso because he used to study at Catholic University of Valparaíso and travelled every day from Santiago (actually it was really stressing and expensive for him) so I think he's a person that puts a huge effort on the things that he does.
He studied Chemistry and has taught at some universities such as UNAB or ours, so I think he's such an amazing person because he teaches me so much (and not only about chemistry, rather about politics and about life) and he goes with his son and I to explore some hills and things that geographers love.
Also, he invites me to go to his house every month, sadly I can only go in some special ocassions like when we're on a strike, on holidays or vacation.
I think y'all should meet him because you could learn so much about him and exchange some cool experiences.

an amazing person

Hey guys! I would like to tell you about a person I'd love to talk to personally.
This person is Nicolás Massú. He was a Chilean tennis player, now he's Chilean team's captain.
I think he was such an amazing sport player, since he won 2 gold medals in less than 24 hours, the only two gold olympic medals that Chile has ever won.
I firstly heard about him when I was just a baby, about 4 or 5 years old because he is my uncle´s idol too, so he told me about Nicolás.
I would ask him what winning a gold medal feels like, because it's not something that everyone can answer.
Also, I would like to ask him how he has his amazing mental control, because he's known for having a cool way to think, and that's what made him won those two medals; also, hopefully learn about him and his experiences.
I think the thing that makes him the most interesting is his way to think. I haven´t watched any other sport player similar to him. That's why I would prefer to talk to Massú than to Messi or Cristiano.
He might not be the best tennis player in the world, but I think he's someone to admire, that's why he is my idol.

an amazing trip

Hey guys! Today I'm going to tell you about a trip that I really liked.
It was the usual trip with my classmates when ending 11th. Some of us wanted to visit Bariloche but some of us (including me) couldn't go to another country because of familiar problems. We decided to take a Valdivia-Puerto Varas-Ancud instead. We travelled a whole night by bus to Valdivia, a city that was already known for me. That night we could not sleep because we were singing or just talking. As I love surprises, I didn´t read the program so I wasn´t ready for the things that we were going to do. Then we visited the most beautiful place I have ever been to, Puerto Varas. A village with old houses that is localizated close to Llanquihue Lake, and also close to Saltos del Petrohué, an incredible national park. Then we visited Ancud and its fort and bought some food. I remember that I bought native potatoes so I fried when I got home haha. Then we visited Puyehue and at the end of the day, we had to come back, there were no energies so we slept the whole night. When I woke up, we were one region far and we were going to take breakfast.
Then I got Santiago and the trip ended, but the experiences never will be lost.

an amazing movie

Hey guys! I'm going to tell you about a cool movie hero, I don't know if this is the one that I admire the most, but this is the only one that I can remember right now.
Do you like magic? wizards? and stuff like that? then you certainly have heard about Harry Potter, a movie named after the most important character on it.
I was about 9 years old when I first watched this movie, I didn´t understand it perfectly, since I have never been a huge fan of movies. In fact, I have never watched some important movies, such as The Lion King or A Clockwork Orange. I watched Harry Potter (the first movie) with my brother, I also watched the second and the third with him at home. But I didn't watch the fourth so I was kind of confused when he and I went to the cinema to watch the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth movies.
I immediatly realized that Harry was an amazing character, since he survived to the attack of the biggest villain of the eight movies, he just got a big scar on his forehead, but actually that scar looked pretty cool.
Then, he realized that he had something special, he had the skill to do magic things. That's why he received a letter from a far school, but it wasn't a usual school. Because it was only for people who had that amazing talent. It wasn't easy to get there. He first had to go to the train station to look for a platform that wasn´t "real" so when he asked where it was, the people thought that he was crazy.
But, he finally got the train and met his friends, the same ones that keep for the rest of the movies.
They lived so many cool adventures together, and they had to use their talents to study and survive (like the time when Ron won in a chess match).
But, Harry was the special one. Because in the last movie, he defeats the most important villain of the movies, Voldemort. The same one that killed Harry's parents when Harry got the scar.
Then, he was the hero, he saved his life, as well as some other people's lives.
That's why I admire Harry, he made us open our minds and imagine how a world with magic would look like.  And that made me dream with being like him, defeating the biggest villain and having amazing and loyal friends.
These movies made me stay for hours in front of different screens, and I think that I didn´t waste my time at all. I think it definitely is one of the movies that y'all should watch if you ever have time and you don't really know how to spend it.

an amazing meal

Hey guys! I'm going to tell you a story about an amazing meal I had with my family a while ago.
The story begins in 2007 more or less. My mom's dad decided to invite us to go to have a meal with them. All the members of my mom's family were also invited, at least the ones that were already born.

It was a sunny sunday's afternoon, and we decided to repeat those familiar meals quite often, always on sundays. Sadly, in the meetings that we organizated, there was always a relative of mine that for any reason, couldn´t go.

But there was a special one, in 2009 I think. It was an special one because it was the first time that all of us were there. My two uncles and my two aunts, their kids, my mother, my father, my grandfather, my grandmother, my brother and obviously I. I don't remember what we ate, but it might be something like potatoes and some meat, maybe with lots of coke and other drinks, maybe also beer haha.

As all of us were there, we decided to take some familiar pictures that day, my grandfather decided to take some pictures with us! and it was not usual, in fact, I can´t think in any other moment that he has taken pictures with us.

Sadly, the days are sometimes too short to enjoy and having fun the way we would like to. So when it was about 7 pm, we had to go back home, leaving the familiar meeting.
It becomes more special to me, since it was the last time my family decided to meet since then, because my grandfather died a while ago, and he was always the person that organizated all of these events.

I really miss these familiar meetings and it's pretty sad for me to know that there's no other opportunity, since he's not here anymore.

I'm really happy that I had the possibility to go to his house that day, because that memory means a lot to me.
